Download upgrade bundle

1. On the On-Premise Scanning instance, run o24-bootstrap upgrade-token and copy the token it prints. The token is valid for 14 days.
2. Paste the token below and download the upgrade bundle.
3. Copy the file to the instance and run o24-bootstrap --upgrade-bundle <file>.
